ABOUT SEEL RETURN ASSURANCE
Get peace of mind while purchasing when you add Seel Return Assurance at checkout.
You’ll have the option to return eligible items by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the item(s).

We are unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. You are responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier’s rate.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately we can't accept returns if you ordered the wrong size. Apologies for the inconvenience.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
For this please check out the tracking information provided to you once your order was shipped and contact the shipping company. Once the product leaves the warehouse we aren't responsible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive an incorrect item or damaged item, or if you purchase Seel Return Assurance. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts under the product you desire—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
How will my content be used?
Some of the submitted content will be featured on our social media channels including our website, Instagram, Facebook, blog and Tik Tok. We may also use your content in advertisements. When submitting content you give I-70 Things the right to use your content and are doing so willingly. You are also stating that you have not licensed, granted, restricted, and or sold the rights to the content to another third party. You also state you are the owner of the content you are submitting. Can we collaborate, sponsor, or partner with you?
